You MUST bring your own mat to class. Please also bring blocks and a strap if you need them. This is a small theater, not a yoga studio, so the usual props are not available.

Comedy improv is an excellent playground for adults who want to learn how to let go, trust, and have a blast. Join in to remove fear and gain a more spontaneous perspective on life.
